ECHO ZHONG

Echo has over 10 years of experience working in the Big Four accounting firms, consulting firms and startups. Echo has helped multiple clients in accounting and FP&A framework, business operations processes, ERP implementation, international expansion, etc.

Echo has extensive knowledge in tax planning and compliance for companies and entrepreneurs, including complicated tax issues for start-up companies, stock option and compensation planning, international tax structure and foreign compliance. Echo’s core clients range from established multi-national companies to seed round start-ups.

Echo earned her Master of Accounting degree from University of Southern California. Echo speaks fluent Mandarin.

ANTHONY SANCHEZ

Anthony has a combination of work experience in accounting firms and unicorn startups. He focuses on financial reporting, accounting policies and procedures enforcement, and internal control for tax related processes.

Anthony’s specialty includes financial reporting under US GAAP, accounting system selection and migration (Netsuite, Intacct, Quickbooks Online, Xero, etc), Form 1099 compliance, state and local sales tax, internal accounting processes for cash, accounts payable, purchasing, general ledger, inventory, revenue recognition, fixed asset, and payroll.

Anthony earned his Bachelor in Accounting degree from San Jose State University.
